Between late nights at holiday parties and long days spent at the mall, the holidays can be a very fun, but tiring time for your clients. As we all know, tired, puffy eyes can really affect your appearance and can age the whole face. This year, introduce your clients to an anti-aging, dark circle-removing, de-puffing eye treatment. You can market it as the perfect pre and post holiday party treatment! Either add-on to their monthly facial or by itself for a quick, express pick me up.
Eye Treatment:
1.) Use a gentle eye makeup remover to cleanse the eye area.
2.) Apply an eye contour cream in a circular motion towards the nose area and then begin with a massage of the delicate eye area (you can see it here in the video below!). First, use effleurage movements in a figure 8 using alternating hands. Then apply pressure to the orbicularis oculi muscle. Employ petrissage, pinching movement along brow bone. Stroke several times alternating fingers on corrugator muscle. Follow with tapotement movement for three minutes. Conclude with pressure point movements and light effluerage. I like to massage the eye area for about 5-7 minutes to really help improve circulation which helps “de-puff” the eyes as well as provide anti-aging benefits. You can see the video of this here:

3.) Mix a fresh sugar mask until smooth and then apply to the eye contour area with a spatula. Start at the outside of the eye and move towards the nose. Feel free to also cover the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose where the dreaded “11s” tend to form. Allow your client to rest for 10-12 minutes. *This is a great time to upgrade your clients! While their eye mask sets, provide them with a hand massage with an insulating hand cream to help protect them from dry, winter hands!
4.) Remove the lift off mask by rolling it back in a downward motion. If there is any residue from the mask, use a damp piece of cotton to gently remove it.
5.) Finish your treatment with an instant “lift”. Gently apply around the eye contour area an eye serum that contains 3D almond biopolymer derived from almonds through a patented process. It will create a net-like structure to instantly “lift” out the appearance of lines and wrinkles for immediate and dramatic results that your client will be able to see in the mirror immediately after their treatment.
