Lydia Sarfati, Founder and CEO of RepêcLydia Sarfati, Founder and CEO of Repêchage, made a month-long tour of European countries, including Ireland, Poland, Estonia, Malta and Italy. Sarfati’s whirlwind trip included launch and media events, press conferences, TV interviews, Master Classes and educational presentations as well as tours of the latest spa and retail venues in these countries.
Sarfati’s European trip was planned several months in advance, her first trip abroad since the advent of the pandemic, but coincidentally coincided with a time of extraordinary news events in Europe.
“Whereas it is was my objective to provide news, education, inspiration, guidance and leadership as CEO of Repêchage, I was truly humbled and inspired by the clients and Repêchage teams in all the countries I visited,” said Sarfati. “They are exemplars of success, excellence, resilience, courage and determination in the esthetics business, and I was honored to participate in all the events.”
Highlights of the European tour included:
Ireland Trip Highlights: Lydia Sarfati joined Louise O’Loughlin, owner of Irish Repêchage distributor Iguazu Beauty, for a two-day series of events. Sarfati launched new product treatments and collections at the Sheraton Hotel Athlone, Co. Westmeath during a day long Boost Your Business event, as well as presented her proven business building program from her book, Success At Your Fingertips: How to Succeed in the Skin Care Business.
This event also included presentations by O’Loughlin and Margaret Doherty O’ Rourke, Founder of Hair and Beauty Ireland Confederation (HABIC) on Oncology Aesthetics with an introduction to Oncology survivors as well as presentations by Brand and Social Media experts.
The following day Lydia Sarfati presided over a Master Class educational program for salon owners outlining skills on business building in the beauty sector, as well as on the art of retailing.
Poland Trip Highlights: Sarfati co-hosted a consumer event at the Hotel Chopin in Warsaw, with Repêchage Polska that distributes the brand in Poland. Sarfati oversaw a training and media event at the Quality Spa in Warsaw for bloggers and staff, and then participated in a full day Skin Care Conference at the Marriott Warsaw to launch the new product lines.
Estonia Trip Highlights: Sarfati traveled to Tallinn, Estonia to participate in Master Classes, VIP and media events and business initiatives, beginning her tour with visit to their beautiful, new, state-of-the-art Repêchage flagship Beauty Spa and Training Centre in Tallinn.
Sarfati also participated in two Master Classes and ribbon cutting for the launch of Repêchage at Tradehouse, the largest professional beauty online and retail store in Estonia.
“This is a great accomplishment for Repêchage as a brand to be available to new beauticians,” said Grete Transtok, Repêchage Distributor for the Baltic and Finland region with her mother, Anu Transtok-Aare, and Sarfati’s hosts for the Estonia trip. “This will provide the opportunity to widely share the knowledge of the brand and organize trainings.”
For this Master Class and Launch, Sarfati presented to a full house of estheticians on the Repêchage brand and the science behind its exclusive, sustainably-harvested seaweed filtrate, followed by a live demonstration of the iconic Four-Layer Facial®, and including the signature Lydia Sarfati Massage Technique. Make-up artist Marre Naissoo provided information and demonstration of the award-winning Repêchage Perfect Skin Mineral Makeup Collection.
The evening included a VIP client event in the flagship Repechage Beauty Spa to meet the clients and media. Sarfati was also interviewed for Estonian TV3 channel for Buduaar Beauty Show as well as for Buduaar magazine.
Sarfati capped off the week’s events with the announcement of a new partnership with the Radisson Collection Hotel in Estonia. The luxury hotel’s full service spa will feature Repêchage Seaweed-based facial and body treatments, as well as a new premier Repêchage brand of products exclusive to the hotel.

Malta Trip Highlights: from March 21-23 included a full day launch event at the Hilton Malta, including introduction of the new collections, informational presentations by Sarfati on creating business success and home/life balance based on her book, Success At Your Fingertips: How to Succeed in the Skin Care Business, as well as a book signing.
The following day, Sarfati met with the media and VIP clients including a press interview by Malta TV host Clare Agius.
Lydia concluded the tour with a trip to visit Repechage Italy and our flagship spa in Milan, Estetica Milano.
