November, 2019, Secaucus, NJ — Repêchage® CEO and Founder, and international skin care expert, Lydia Sarfati was the featured guest speaker at the ACG NJ Women of Leadership Event held on November 12, 2019 at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ. New Jersey business leaders attended the event, held to provide networking opportunities and business growth.

Sarfati is the recent recipient of the prestigious 2019 CIDESCO Medaille du Merite, and, in October 2019, was presented with the “Polish and American Woman of the Year 2019” Award by the Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs (WE). Sarfati shared her success story, relating how she transitioned from immigrating with her family as a teenager to working as an esthetician in Manhattan in the 1970’s to founding Repêchage® in 1980. Today, Repêchage® is available in 50 countries, with all products manufactured in the U.S. at their ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Secaucus, NJ. Repêchage® Professional Skin Care was one of five New Jersey companies honored at the ACG (Association of Corporate Growth) NJ 2018 Corporate Growth Conference & Awards.
Sarfati shared her important lifestyle and skincare tips culled from decades of practice as a Master Esthetician, product formulator and business leader, and also introduced guests to the new Repêchage® Vita Cura® Gold Collection, a premier antiaging skin care regimen.
