May 24, 2019, Secaucus, NJ — Repêchage® CEO and Founder, and international skin care leader, Lydia Sarfati, was invited by the Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Connection to be an inspirational speaker at this year’s Leading Ladies Speaker Series, held at the Colonia Country Club in Colonia, NJ.
“It is always an honor to take part in events that empower women. I want to thank Ann Mazza and the Women’s Leadership Connection for asking me to share my success story as a female business owner and leader in the professional skin in care industry,” said Sarfati.
Sarfati shared her success story, relating how she transitioned from working as an immigrant esthetician in Manhattan in the 1970’s to founding Repêchage® in 1980. Today, Repêchage® is available in over 45 countries, with all products manufactured in the U.S. at their ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Secaucus, NJ. Repêchage® Professional Skin Care was one of five prestigious New Jersey companies honored at the ACG (Association of Corporate Growth) NJ 2018 Corporate Growth Conference & Awards.
Sarfati also introduced the guests to the new Repêchage® Vita Cura® Gold Collection, a premier antiaging skin care regimen, as well as shared her important lifestyle and skincare tips culled from decades of practice as a Master Esthetician, product formulator and business leader.
The Women’s Leadership Connection (WLC) is a group of professional leaders seeking to enhance their personal and professional development through education, mentoring, recognition, networking and social opportunities. Men are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Sarfati was invited by Ann Mazza, Senior Vice President of Repêchage® Partner Spa, Vito Mazza Salon & Spa and Hair and Scalp Wellness of Woodbridge, NJ, to be one of two CEOs to speak at this year’s event.
“This series gives our members the opportunity to learn and be inspired by amazing professional women and hear their story,” said Mazza. “As a CEO and successful business owner, Lydia’s presentation was transparent, educational and heartwarming.“
