It’s sandal season! What foot treatments are you offering to help clients slip on flip flops or strappy, sexy sandals? Below I share the protocol for an easy exfoliating foot treatment that transforms dry, cracked heels into smooth, soft skin! This simple protocol can implemented as a solo service or incorporated into pedicure services at your spa or salon. 1. Using a fan tail brush, apply Repêchage® Biolight® Glyco-Sea® Glycolic Peel to the bottom of the feet and heels. Glycolic Acid, Seaweed and other AHAs create a gentle, yet effective, peel that helps to remove dead skin cells and soften dry, cracked skin.
2. With the peel applied, wrap the feet in plastic wrap and leave on for 15 minutes.
*Optional: Use this time to upgrade your client’s treatment with a fast, no-mess, easy-to-apply and remove professional sheet mask.
3. Remove the plastic and remove the peel solution with wet paper towel.
4. Scrub the feet with a pumice stone and Repêchage Sea Spa Glow to help further slough away dead skin cells.
5. Finish the treatment by applying Repêchage® Vita Cura® Triple Action Nutrí Créme. This will help restore moisture, smooth and soften the heels with Glycolic Acid and natural extracts of Seaweed, Mafura Oil, Coconut Oil, Mango Seed Butter, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Aloe Vera and Shea Butter.
