“Master Class is an event that I look forward to each year. I consider it an honor and my professional responsibility to provide estheticians with the education and tools they need to achieve professional success.” – Lydia Sarfati, Repêchage CEO and Founder.
Over the course of three days, attendees partook in lectures, demonstrations and hands-on training on a range of skin care knowledge and topics.

Sarfati also demonstrated how attendees can turn a regular facial treatment into a full spa experience by adding on a cryotherapy seaweed leg treatment and anti-aging hand treatment. For the face, Sarfati began the treatment by applying the Repêchage Biolight™ Luminex Mask, the new cream peel mask, to provide gentle exfoliation. To hydrate and provide anti-aging benefits, the Repêchage Four Layer Facial® followed. During the facial, a cryotherapy seaweed leg treatment was performed, beginning with dry brush exfoliation, followed by application of frozen cubes of Repêchage Seaweed Bath and a massage with Vita Cura® Triple Action Nutri Oil. To top off the treatment, an anti-aging hand treatment was performed utilizing a massage with Repêchage Sea Spa Hand Cream.
Day 2 included “Maser Extractions – Clinical Facials” and “Demystifying Iontophoresis.” Sarfati provided hands-on demonstrations for the class, showing how Repêchage Back Bar products can be used to create professional customized treatments for all skin types, including normal, oily, problem, dry, sensitive, and aging skin. Sarfati also instructed how to perform proper extraction techniques. In “Demystifying Iontophoresis” Sarfati provided the history, basics, and how the process of iontophoresis works with the skin. Sarfati also explained how the elemental composition of seaweed makes it an ideal ingredient for Iontophoresis.
Day 3 concluded with Sarfati’s presentation “Younger Looking Skin.” Sarfati shared the science behind the aging process, including what causes wrinkles, the science behind wrinkle formation, and the changes in the skin that happen at various stages in one’s life.
