June 23-25, 2018, Secaucus, NJ – Repêchage® CEO/Founder and Chairman of CIDESCO Section U.S.A, Lydia Sarfati, participated in two CIDESCO Section U.S.A classes for over 100 professionals at IECSC Las Vegas. Professionals also joined Repêchage for general courses at this year’s show.
In The Art and Science for Best Facial Massage, over 70 attendees joined Sarfati for a live demonstration and hands-on workshop. Sarfati lead the way in teaching professionals how to create a “WOW!” massage experience that would help increase client retention. Sarfati demonstrated proper massage techniques, including effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, vibration and Eastern movements, such as shiatsu. Attendees also learned how to perform customized massages for individual skin types, including dry, mature, and sensitive skin.
Sarfati also joined Karen Hodges, Co-Founder, Salon Gurus, LLC, for Brow and Lash Tinting and Perming. The four hour demonstration educated attendees on the fundamentals of brow and eyelash tinting, as well as lash perm and lift services.
Repêchage also hosted general courses for attendees, led by Repêchage Educator Brian David Douglas. In Contouring Slimming Wrap Douglas discussed and demonstrated the award-winning Repêchage® Peppermint Sea Twist Treatment. Lastly, in his class 20 Years Ahead! De-coding the Buzzworthy Ingredients and Trends, Douglas shared a list of trending ingredients to combat the visible signs of aging, the science behind these treatments, and how professionals can incorporate these ingredients into their treatment room.
